Your chance to help shape decision-making

1.46.54pm GMT Sun 11th Mar 2007

Be involved in the decision-making process by having your say at one of the key consultation meetings run by Richmond Council.

The Spring round of Area Consultation Meetings starts on April 2. They provide a chance for residents to meet local Councillors and police and air their views on issues of local concern. Council Leader, Cllr Serge Lourie, said:

"You can join in discussions and learn about Council and police priorities and make your views known. We urge residents to attend these meetings which were started over a decade ago and have formed a vital part of the Council's consultation and decision-making process ever since. Policing is an item on all agendas, and gives the police an opportunity to explain what is happening in a specific ward and for residents to voice any particular concerns."
