Said Cllr Mackinney; "I am honoured to have been selected for this position. I hope that I can make a difference in Whitton and build on the excellent relations we already have with the police."

"We are anxious to recruit further members of the committee living in Whitton and Heathfield wards, and I would be delighted if people could get in touch with me."

"We particularly need young members and I hope that some under 20 year olds will get in touch with me. My phone number is 020 8898 3221. This is an opportunity for people to get involved in their local community"
